POTATOES GRATIN WITH TRUFFLE

Ingredients
1 kg sliced potatoes
½ kilo fresh milk
60 ml fresh cream
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 tablespoon trimmed truffle

Method
Gently boil the potatoes in the milk at low temperature adding salt and pepper,  until they are quite tender. Place the potato slices in a baking plate. In the remaining milk add the cream and the truffle. Spread the mixture on the potatoes. Add the parmesan on the top and bake in the oven at 180° C for 30-40 min.
